Welcome to The Dispatch.

This is a newsletter for the people who actually run chauffeured transportation companies. Owners, operators, and the teams who keep the wheels turning. Not a trade magazine full of press releases, and not vendor fluff. Just clear, useful thinking about the business of moving people well.

What this is about

The chauffeured transport industry is changing fast. Client expectations are rising, technology is reshaping how trips get booked, and the gap between operators who adapt and operators who coast is widening. The Dispatch exists to make sense of that shift and to give you ideas you can actually use.

Expect short, focused pieces on the things that move the needle: how clients really make booking decisions, where revenue quietly leaks out of good operations, what the best operators do differently, and how the economics of this business are evolving.

Who writes it

The Dispatch is published by the team behind Comms, software built specifically for ground transportation operators. That means we spend our days inside this industry and its problems, and we will share what we learn here. When something we build is relevant to a topic, we will say so plainly. The goal is to be useful first.

What to do now

Read the first few pieces, starting with The 90-Second Rule. If something resonates or you disagree, reply to the email. We read everything, and the best conversations in this industry happen one to one.

Glad you are here. Let us get into it.
